What's Up with all the Corgis, Jenn?

In my last post I mentioned I grew up with people who had MS aka Multiple Sclerosis, specifdically my mother and grandfather. My grandmother had read somewhere that corgis were terrific dogs for people in wheelchairs because they could pick up dropped objects. So, she got a corgi. 

Unfortunately no one told Bumper that he was supposed to retrieve dropped items. He mostly hoarded them in a corner by my mother's bed. When he was let out we cleaned out his stash and the cycle started all over again! So to me, writing about characters with MS and corgis go hand in hand. Not only are they adorable, they never do what you expect!
